Membership orders are non-refundable
Membership boxes, the first box and every renewal, cannot be returned or refunded. A membership is billed and shipped every 4 weeks. You can skip, pause, switch flavor or cancel future boxes anytime from your account under Manage membership. Changes must be made before your next billing date. If a membership box arrives damaged, wrong or missing items, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement. Free gifts included with a membership have no cash value.

One-time orders: damaged, wrong or missing items
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it, your choice.

One-time orders: returns
Unopened, sealed product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first, then ship it to: Sucker Punch Energy, 1245 E 580 S, Provo, UT 84606. You pay return shipping. Opened food products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping charges are never refunded, and Shipping Protection fees are not refundable. Orders that shipped free are refunded at 90% of the product price; the other 10% covers the shipping we paid. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post it.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is $5 per box. It covers packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Email us within 30 days and we will reship at no cost.
